工作地点： 上海、上海 招聘人数： 不限 Reports To: Director, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervises: N/A Position Description: Planning, design and execution of facilities for Johnson Controls -Saft Advanced Hybrid Battery manufacturing. Smooth hand off to operations team. Position is Located at JCS -Shanghai, China Typical Duties: 1) Development of processes for assembly of hybrid batteries assembled in labs, pilot manufacturing or production manufacturing facilities. 2) Specification of tools, equipment and facilities required for battery assembly 3) Sizing of manufacturing facilities, capital and expense cost estimations, assistance in financial analysis 4) Development of manufacturing process documentation for prototype and production batteries 5) Support development work with engineering and quality groups for documentation including: work instructions, process FMEAs, control plans design deviations, design non-compliances, as required. 6) Goal is accurate and complete assembly of batteries to enable on-time customer delivery with quality that exceeds customer expectations 7) Deep understanding of the assembly of prototype and production automotive battery systems: support of mechanical, electrical and quality engineering teams associated with the development of Li-Ion advanced hybrid automotive battery systems, actively participate in system assemblies 8) Conduct DFAM workshops (Design for Assembly and Manufacturing) 9) Understanding of end of line and related testing of battery packs, as required 10) Work with supply chain and quality groups to select appropriate local and international suppliers. Manage component inventory to support prototype battery builds as required Travel expected to be less than 20% Reports to: Director, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Peers: Manufacturing, Process, Design, Development, Quality Engineers and Technicians, Assemblers Qualifications: BS in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology, required; 5-10 years related job experience in similar field. Experience in the automotive industry or electronics panel assembly, desired. Fluency in Mandarin and English Languages. Native Mandarin language skills preferred.
